Zeus is the eighth planet in Olympus and the largest planet in the system. The Terraforming on Zeus caused for a majority land and little water to be formed. Mostly flat solid land with very few mountains or rivers, most of the planets surface water is held in polar ice caps. With Zeus being the largest planet in the system, it was here that the NGR set up it’s main operations. As more and more people began to flock to the planet the cities grew. Zeus is known now as a Ecumenopolis from the Greek words meaning world and city. Most of the planets surface is covered by one continuous flowing city, with breaks for some agriculture, mining and other assorted uses.
The planet is home to an estimated 7,000,000,000 people, with spires of buildings stretching into the sky. Due to its large population and being the center of NGR operations Olympus’ main trade routes go through Zeus, making it the richest and most influential planet.
Zeus has no moons but has numerous large space stations and shipyards orbiting the planet.
